ACDC Aesthetic Content accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club & American Express. Debit cards and prepaid cards are not accepted.
For security purposes, the billing address you provide must match the billing address your credit card company uses for payment; delivery may be to another address of your choosing. Without the correct billing information, we will be unable to obtain the proper bank authorization for your purchase and the order will be cancelled. This is for your protection, and is required by credit card companies to help prevent fraud.
Orders generally are processed and shipped Monday through Friday within 24-48 hours of receipt, excluding major holidays. Orders placed after 2pm CST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed within two (2) business days.
From time to time, your item(s) may be out of stock or go into backorder which can cause a delay. If this occurs, we will inform you of any backorder or out of stock issues. If a product in your order is currently out of stock, we will notify you the status to give you the opportunity to decide whether or not to keep the item on backorder.
We are required by law to collect the appropriate sales tax of 6.25% on orders shipped within the State of Texas (plus applicable city and county taxes). Tax will be automatically calculated by our shopping cart.
We use USPS, UPS Ground and FedEx Ground as our delivery services. At this time, we do not offer expedited 1-2 day shipping.
Our shipping rates are based on the total order weight and apply to orders shipped to a single address within the 48 contiguous states. Rates for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will vary.
We will only ship to residential or business addresses using regular ground service, no rush or expedited orders. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO/APO boxes.
We ship outside of the United States to select countries internationally. Enter your ship to address to determine if your destination country is included in our shipping locations.
Delivery is made at the discretion of the carrier and estimated delivery dates are only an estimation and may vary by carrier depending on weather conditions, holidays and other factors.
All product shipped is inspected before it leaves the Aesthetic Content warehouse to ensure it is top quality before shipment. Any damage incurred during shipment is the responsibility of the freight carrier.
Ecommerce Returns & Exchanges
We do all we can to make certain you are satisfied with your purchase. All our items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped so that you receive the best possible product. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt.
If your order arrived damaged, we will replace broken items (when possible) or offer a replacement on items damaged during shipping, purchased through the website. In the event of damage during shipping, please contact Customer Service right away and within 3 days of receiving your item(s). We will exchange or provide a merchandise credit for damaged or broken items, with sales receipt. Retain the item(s) and shipping packaging and have your receipt number available. You will receive a return authorization number (RA#) from a service specialist which is needed for your exchange or merchandise credit. We may issue a return call tag for the damaged items. The RA# must be written on the returned packing slip/receipt and on the shipping box. Customer Service will provide a return shipping address.
We allow order cancellations only if the item has not yet shipped. Please contact us with the order number and reason for cancellation, and a Customer Service Specialist will contact you back. Once the order has shipped, the customer is responsible for any and all fees to ship the item back, treated as if it were a return.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will exchange or provide a merchandise credit for unopened, unused merchandise in original condition within 3 days of receipt of your item(s) purchased through the website. Please note all SALE and CLEARANCE items are 'final sales' and cannot be exchanged or returned. Your original sales receipt is required for any return or exchange.
Returned items will be shipped back to us at your expense. Upon receipt, we will inspect the items, and provided the return conditions have been met, we will issue the credit or exchange item(s). All items returned must be in original, unused condition.
Send your return via UPS or FedEx to the return address provided by Customer Service. We cannot issue an exchange or merchandise credit without confirmation of return receipt by our Returns Department. Upon receipt of your package, we will send a confirmation to your email address. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your exchange to be processed.

- Not all items are eligible for promotional code offers. Ineligible items will be highlighted during the checkout process.
A promotional offer code (the "Offer") cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. The offer cannot be used towards previous purchases or combined with any other offer or promotional code and is subject to the approval, valid registration, and acceptance of Aesthetic Content’s Standard Terms and Conditions.
